We made this for dinner the other night. It was very easy to do. I used flounder and Italian seasoned breadcrumbs because that was what I had on hand. My husband said he prefers panko over the regular breadcrumbs. The fish was very good with the lemon and topped with a bit of hot sauce. In the future, I'll stick to frying the potatoes with canola oil like we normally do instead of butter. Definitely something I will be adding into our rotation since we are trying to eat more fish. Thank you!

I halved the recipe , this was easy to do and was excelent.I used just the egg white as I had some waiting to be used.Definately a keeper. I didnt make the chips this time but I will make them next time.

Good. Nice. GREAT....I liked it it was tasty and it had a combination of foods from all food gropups making it at least a little nutritious
