  1. Saute onions in oil. Add chicken parts and seasoning. Saute for 15 minutes. Add flour and stir for 2 minutes. Add water to barely cover and cook for 1 hour.
  2. Combine all ingredients for chicken balls, forming into tiny balls and drop into sauce. Cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes.
  3. Optional: Cubed liver pieces may be added to fricassee 5 minutes before done.
