- 250 ml plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 8 mint leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
directions
- Mix everything well together and serve chilled.

This was good with our meal of recipe#40388, recipe#242728 & a version of recipe#90513. I did not use the fresh dill. I used Balkan (thick) yogurt, unrefined extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, somewhat less fresh garlic per preference, sea salt, freshly ground pepper & the fresh mint. I may make this again with grilled meat or the same or similar chicken kabobs. Made for Veggie Swap 31 ~ February 2011.
