Very easy. Very Basic Salad you can add almost anything to.
- 1⁄4 cup onion, diced
- 1⁄2 green bell pepper, diced
- 10 baby carrots, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat ranch dressing
- 28 g pasta salad mixed spice
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- Make dressing by mixing together mayo, ranch dressing, vinegar and envelope of seasoning.
- Combine with rest of ingredients, adding whatever you feel like, if you feel like adding.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
