I absolutely loved this!!! I halved the recipe and then once I tasted it, I wished I didn't. I'm gonna make more soon and it was really simple to make. I made it in the morning and then we ate it for lunch. I used scallions, cucumber, celery, carrots, tomatoes and broccoli. It was a hit with me, my fiance, and his niece and nephew, all enjoyed. I highly recommend this and will keep the recipe handy. Thanks Beachgirl!!

I've had this recipe for years, and have made it many times. The only veggies I put on top are blanched, small broccoli florets, finely diced, purple onion, and finely chopped, red and green sweet peppers, occasionally, chopped black olives. I have served it succesfully, after only a couple hours of chilling, and it's still delicious.

Great recipe, I used the canned ready-made pizza dough but next time will try it with the crescent dinner rolls. This definitely must sit overnight before serving.

while making this I got soooo nervouse because the ranch mixture tasted way too salty and too strong. After it being in the refrigerator over night it was 100% better, not too salty at all. Everyone enjoyed it and it was actually the first appetizer to go! Thanks Beachgirl, and sorry for forgetting to post this for soo long!

Wow great dish BeachGirl!!!!! I made this last Friday and let it sit in the fridge overnight just as you had advised and it was wonderful. Only 1 little square left for me to have while cleaning up from the birthday party. I used fresh broccoli, tomato, cucumber, carrott, & red pepper as my fresh veggies and boy did they blend well!
