Simply delightful. Used cherry tomatoes, shallots instead of onions and didn't add potato.

This was very good. We had this on a chilly Saturday night. I didn't have any fresh basil, so I used dried. Right at the end, I added just a touch of sugar and about 1/4 cup milk. My SO likes alittle milk in his tomato soup. It came out delicious! :)

Quick and easy tomato soup! I like the texture that the potato adds, and the worcestershire sauce adds a nice extra dimension of flavour. Yum! Made for PAC Fall 2007. Thanks Aaliyah's Mum!

yum! A few changes; I sauted my vegies in olive oil cooking spray to cut down on the fat..I used pico de pollo instead of chicken bullion (I think it adds more flavor...) I also skinned my tomatoes first instead of last. Finally, I put some frozen shrimp in at the end---next time I will add carrots and maybe old bay seasoning. A wonderful recipe!

Thank you Aaliyah's mum you have just provided DM and myself with a delicious light and filling lunch with some freshly toasted buttered bread (yes we devoured the lot between ourselves but would definately serve 4 as part of a dinner course). This is a keeper and will double next times and try freezing and see how it reheats. Made for Please Review my Recipe tag game.
