Use fresh or canned tomatoes. If using fresh, don't bother to peel!

  1. Saute onion, gr pepper, carrot, garlic, bl pepper in Olive oil.
  2. Then add all the rest and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minute.
  3. Add chicken broth.
  4. Use hand blender to smooth.
  5. Serve with a dollop of butter.
