- 3 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces rotini pasta, uncooked
- 3⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- MIX tomatoes, basil, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- COOK rotini as directed on package; drain.
- TOSS rotini with tomato mixture and grated topping. Serve immediately.
