Recipe from Gooseberry Patch. Serve with bite-size pieces of pumpernickel or swirled rye bread.
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth; pack into a small crock and chill. Store refrigerated.
This was very good. I served with some fresh veggies and crackers, and it would also be good on bread or toast/bagels. Thanks for sharing!
