Delicious tasty cake!I used low fat organic strawberry yogurt for mine and it turned out great so the yogurt doesn't have to be a thick greek,it works well with a thinner one also.An easy fresh tasting cake..

i imagine this being served at Suri Cruise's tea parties. i used strawberry yogurt and added a teaspoon of almond extract. don't skip the lemon glaze, though you could. the cake has the consistency of a sweet, moist muffin. a huge hit. thank you!

Divine. Easy to make and DELICIOUS! The mix of strawberry and lemon SCREAMS SUMMER :) I used plain greek yogurt, Meyer lemons and a few extra strawberries. Fabulous. The cake without the lemon glaze is amazing but don't leave it out. Thank you!

Just popped this in the oven about 10 minutes ago. I tasted the batter from the spoon after filling the Bundt pan. Yummmm. I think this is the same recipe I used to make years ago. In that case, you can change it up; use peach yogurt and fresh diced peaches, blueberry yogurt and blueberries...you get the idea. Just remember to add the fruit to the flour mixture so it doesn't sink. Can't wait till it's done! Happy Memorial Day! 2015

This cake was very good! In one of the previous reviews, someone mentioned that it had the consistency of a moist muffin...so...I figured I would make muffins, good idea! Well, they didn't do well as a muffin although they still tasted great. The tops were flat. They didn't rise at all and they didn't release from the tins without losing their bottoms. Perhaps I will try them as muffins again but play around with the baking powder a bit and maybe try some baking soda. I will definitely make it as a cake agacin and again and I will update my post when I figure out how to turn it into the perfect muffin.

This is my favorite spring/summer cake. It is sooo moist and it works great with other fruit. I actually like it with raspberries a bit better. I'm getting ready to make it now with a mix of raspberries and freshly picked blackberries. Blueberries are also great....I've made this 3-4 times and it always comes out great. Enjoy this one !!
