Any type of fruit and jello could be used. Top with cool whip for an extra treat.
- 2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄3 ounce sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 1 cup water
- In saucepan combine water, spenda, and cornstarch. Heat to a boil until thickened and clear. Remove from heat and add jello. Put strawberries in a bowl and then pour jello mixture over them. Mix lightly.
