Fresh Strawberry Dessert

"Any type of fruit and jello could be used. Top with cool whip for an extra treat."

ingredients

• 2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1⁄3 ounce sugar-free strawberry gelatin
• 1 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
• 1 cup water

directions

1. In saucepan combine water, spenda, and cornstarch. Heat to a boil until thickened and clear. Remove from heat and add jello. Put strawberries in a bowl and then pour jello mixture over them. Mix lightly.
