Very simple light salad just right for my lunch today today Enjoyed it very much. Neat trick letting the dressing rest in the cottage cheese. I used light Caesar dressing.

We all loved this salad! Yummy! We'll use the leftover cottage cheese mixture to dip chips or crackers. I'll be making this often!
