Quick, delicious salsa. Good with chips, as a Pico de Gallo, even mixed in with Chicken Soups, Chilis, Granny Soups, etc.
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1⁄2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1⁄4 cup distilled white vinegar
- Mix all ingredients well and store in airtight container (I use a tall Mason Jar). Keep in refridgerator.
This recipe makes a nice basic salsa great for dipping. I made as posted except that I used parsley instead of cilantro and it turned out great. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Fall 2008
