In an effort to duplicate the fresh salsa from the grocery deli section, I made up this one. Very simple.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Process tomatoes (reserve a few for a rough chop), garlic, salt, cilantro, and red onion.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes to the mixture.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips or mix into a casserole like I do.
