      Great summer meal. My husband loves Salad Nicoise but I had never prepared it at home. 6 ounces of salmon is plenty for two salads and the recommendations for microwaving the potatoes worked very well. They were al dente but plenty done. I will be serving this regularly.

      This was wonderful! It looks so appealing and it tastes great! I made it according to the recipe and used the lemon-nut vinaigrette. Yum! This would be an excellent dish for company.

      What a great dinner I had tonight! A meal in itself! I left out the cucumber(forgot to get one), and used regular vine tomatoes, cut up. I halved the recipe using leftover pepper-crusted salmon and boy was this good! Thank you so much! Oh, and used your lemon nut vinaigrette, delish!

      Absolutely delicious! Even my teen that won't eat cucumbers and usually balks at salads has asked me to make this twice now. I didn't have the ingredients to make the viniagrette the first go-round and used a basil balsam vinegar/oil instead. Am making this again tonight and will try the lemon-nut vinaigrette. This is a wonderful dish, easy and fast to prepare, too. Many thanks!
