Great on orange, lemon, almond, and chocolate baked goods; pancakes and French toast too:)
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄3 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 dash lemon juice
- In a small bowl, cream together all ingredients until fluffy and smooth.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator; bring to room temperature before serving.
