Best cobbler ever! I cut the sugar to 1/2 cup and increased the cinnamon to 1 tsp. Absolutely delicious! A MUST try! The plum-almond flavor is amazing!

This was a great recipe! I also reduced the sugar by half and it was plenty sweet. I also omitted the almond extract from the topping since I am not a big fan of almond (although it was nice in the crust). I would make this again as it was a big hit with my family!

I made this as a change from the fruit crumble I usually make. I had never made a cobbler before and apart from cutting the sugar in half I made it as is. I found the almond extract a bit overwhelming. It swamped the vanilla and cinnamon flavours and if I made it again I would use almond meal instead. The recipe works overall but may require a little tweaking to suit individual tastes.
