  • Slice the pineapple lengthwise with the leaves and remove the pineapple meat from the pineapple bowl.
  • Slice the pineapple into chunks.
  • Very lightly sprinkle with Ono Hawaiian salt.
  • Place chunks in the pineapple bowl.

  1. Great recipe, I did this with two changes, I grilled the pineapple before cutting it into chunks, barbecued thick slices for about 2 minutes. Found some of this salt at a speciality store in my neck of the woods. Great side dish to dinner. Made for New Kids On the Block.
