Gorgeous and simple juice. Fresh with a perfect balance between sour and sweet. Perfect for summer. Add as much/as little peppermint as you like. Elderflower cordial can be replaced by other sweet plain-tasting juices/cordials.

  • 300 ml orange juice
  • 200 ml elderflower cordial
  • 10 large peppermint leaves
