This is a great combination. I used fresh-picked SC peaches. I loved the basil and the lemony goat cheese. My only issue was the honey. It made the basil and goat cheese clump up together and the salad had a too-sticky-sweet texture. I would make this again, but next time I will sprinkle with raw sugar instead of honey and keep the rest of the ingredients the same. Thanx for sharing!
