This is a fabulous pie! I was looking for a recipe where the peaches didn't need to be cooked. This was just the one. The peaches remained so fresh. My family gobbled up the whole pie in less than 10 minutes. The only change I made was to use a pre-made shortbread crust as I was short on time. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks. :)
Marg...I finally after 2 months of waiting for good fresh peaches here in Fresno got to make this pie. I have to tell you, it was WONDERFUL! And did I mention easy, easy, easy? Thank you so much for posting...this is a keeper!
Havent made it yet but I can see without a doubt that it's delicious because I've eaten similar before - never tried because I thought only a chef could do it! THIS LOOKS SO SIMPLE!
Oh my goodness! Fresh peaches at their best! I didn't peal the peaches, we prefer the skins on-great taste, easy and I love a pie I don't have to "bake" in the summer! A must try!<br/>Thank you so much for sharing
This was so-o-o-o good. I made three and gave 2 away-got rave reviews from both friends. The pies stayed together perfectly, when cut, had a wonderful peachy flavor and the crust was tender and flaky.
