I love the taste of summer and this is a way to capture it with fresh peaches.......mmmm!!!! Serve with a dollop of whip cream.......
- 1 baked pie crust
- 5 cups peaches
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 85 g peach Jell-O, package
- Slice peaches into baked pie crust.
- Boil together sugar, cornstarch and water. Add the jelly powder. Cook until thick and pour gently over sliced peaches. Chill at least 2 hours, serve with whipped cream.
Very easy to make and very delicious. I used fresh Ontario peaches as they are in season now. Thanks.
