Fresh Peach Pie....easy!!!

I love the taste of summer and this is a way to capture it with fresh peaches.......mmmm!!!! Serve with a dollop of whip cream.......

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 baked pie crust
  • 5 cups peaches
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 34 cup water
  • 85 g peach Jell-O, package

Directions

  1. Slice peaches into baked pie crust.
  2. Boil together sugar, cornstarch and water. Add the jelly powder. Cook until thick and pour gently over sliced peaches. Chill at least 2 hours, serve with whipped cream.
