  1. Cook your pasta al dente.
  2. While it is cooking place the olive oil in a hot pan. Add the tomatoes, olives, lime juice.
  3. Drain and add the pasta. Mix well. Add spices and mozzerella. Mix well.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
