- 1 1⁄2 cups apple juice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1⁄2 cup fresh blueberries or 1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 teaspoon soy lecithin
- In a blender or food processor, puree all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
