We used some leaves from our Chocolate Mint plant, and let me tell you this ice cream got raves. Really good, and I love that we didn't have to use extract. We have a lot of mint, so I am always trying to get good recipes to use it, this is a keeper. I wanted to take a photo to post, but the ice cream disappeared too fast. Will post one next time!
