      I gave this 5 stars! This recipe is so good! I made this for a family gathering and it was a big hit! I came home with very little. I followed the recipe except omitted the grated lemon as I'm not crazy over grated lemon in things. I did however sprinkle some grated lemon on top with some lemon twists and slices of lemon. I will actually be making this refreshing dessert again for another family gathering next Saturday. Thanks for a awesome dessert! Christine

      I made this for dessert for our Easter dinner today. My kids don't like ham so we had seafood and this went deliciously with the shrimp scampi and crab cakes I made! I added a layer of lemon curd after the cream cheese layers, but it definitely didn't need it and I won't put it on the next time I make this! Easy and fabulous!

      This is a gem of a recipe for lemon lovers. I made this for our Easter dessert yesterday, and everyone loved it! I used Meyer lemons, because I had a big clamshell of them from Costco. We loved how lemony this was, and it was so light and refreshing after our big ham dinner. I considered adding some sliced strawberries to the layers as well, but I'm glad I talked myself out of it, because they definitely weren't necessary. I don't have a food processor, so I used my KA mixer instead -- I had to beat the cream cheese mixture at a pretty high speed to get things smooth, but I probably didn't allow my cream cheese to soften enough first. This is going into my regular trifle recipe rotation for sure! Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 09
