Fabulously fresh, tangy and easy! I made this for a dinner party of 10 last night, and everyone raved! there is a bit too much oil and not enough lemon juice, but it is a wonderful overall recipe! I will definitely try it again. I am making recipe cards for all of my guests with the spices already in it to take home and recreate! ciao!

This makes a wonderful light dressing that is full of flavor. I used dried herbs in place of the fresh except for the basil. I will keep t his on hand to make again.
Yes I just loved this!!! I was going to make 1/2 the recipe but glad I didn`t. I served this over baby spinach with fresh tomato and grilled chicken slices. I opted to top the salad with the grated cheese instead of adding it to the dressing. Thanks
