Delicious. Dips/spreads made of fresh parsley are quite common here, but I LOVED the addition of cilantro to this! The capers added a nice buzz, too. I do prefer fresh lemon juice to the vinegar. Great recipe.

This was so good! We actually did something different with it. We actually drizzled it over our fish, and it went really well together. We also used baked pita chips for the dipping. And it refrigerates really well.
