This is a great dip!
- 1 large avocado
- 78.07 ml pico de gallo (use my Delicious Pico De Gallo/Salsa Fresca)
- 29.58 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2.46 ml salt
- Cut avocados in half. Remove seed. Scoop out avacado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocado well until it is smooth.
- Add the pico de gallo, lime, and salt. Mix well.
