Natural #remedy for boosting your #immunity to be taken before each meal or in hot water as a soothing tea.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 340 g honey, of your choice
  • 1 fresh gingerroot, 2 . 5-inch long (6-7 cm)


  1. Peel and grate ginger root into thin strips. Put grated ginger in a glass jar, pour honey over it and seal tightly. Store in the refrigerator.
  2. Take one (wooden or plastic only) tea spoon before each meal.
