- 709.77 ml celery, finely chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced
- 118.29 ml chopped green onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 236.59 ml chopped fresh cilantro or 236.59 ml parsley
- 2.46 ml sugar
- 14.79 ml vinegar
- 4.92 ml cumin
- 4.92 ml oregano
- 14.79 ml Tabasco sauce
- 29.58 ml fresh lime juice
- 2 (566.99 g) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
directions
- Mix all ingredients in large container. Refrigerate ate least one day before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
