Another recipe for smart eating taken from "Home Cooking" magazine. This makes up into a nice low calorie breakfast drink, or refresher for the middle of the day.
- Place banana, mango, ice and orange juice in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
I made this with frozen mango (no ice) and a lot more orange juice. The kids loved it! Reviewed for Healthy Choices ABC tag game.
All things considered, I was sure this would be a thick one, & it was, but nicely so! I changed things a bit, using, as I did, a frozen banana & mango! I also used almost 1/4 cup of orange juice & just a small amount of crushed ice! Very, very thick & VERY, VERY TASTY! Thanks for sharing! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Healthy Choices ABC]
