      Peel and dice mango and papaya with juice, into medium bowl.

      Stir in next 8 ingredients.

      Cover and chill for 1 hour to blend flavours.

      Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

      I made this to use on top of tina steaks. I didn't have any applesauce so I added some extra lime juice and extra mint. I also used pineapple instead of papaya. It turned out perfectly! A very nice compliment to the fish and perfect for spring/summer.
