This is a Heart Healthy recipe I found on the Web Site of St. Thomas Hospital. I was really surprised as to how good it was. It is a great dessert.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Drain pineapple; reserve juice. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine pudding mix and about 1/4 cup of reserved pineapple juice; blend thoroughly.
  3. In a small bowl, combine fruit.
  4. Gently fold pudding into fruit.
  5. Chill and serve.
