Directions

  1. Top the sugar cookies with lemon curd and arrange fresh fruit on top.
  2. Could be done with puff pastry, small cooked pie crusts or anything else your imagination can conjure.
  3. Found the Cooking Light recipe and it was a big 12" sugar cookie. It had raspberry jam under the lemon curd with raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and plum. It was then broiled for 3 minutes.
