A great light dip for fresh fruit. I like to serve this at my annual garden party. It looks so pretty served in a hollowed out 1/2 of pineapple. Make sure you cut up the fresh pineapple to use with the dip.
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups Cool Whip
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons grenadine
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- Mix together and refrigerate.
- Serve with assorted fresh fruits.
Made it with my kids and we loved it. Very easy to make.
Very fast and simple. I halved the recipe and gave it to my kids and my friend's daughter for a snack. My son said 4 stars, I said 5, my friend's daughter said 5 and my daughter really liked so 5 it is! I didn't have any sour cream so used plain yogurt in it's place. I'm sure the sour cream would give it a richer taste and be even better! Thank you so much for a very fast simple dip! Made for Fall PAC 2008
