    Directions:

      Warm butter in a non-stick frying pan.

      Add figs.

      Saute on low flame for 2 minutes.

      Remove from flame.

      Set aside to cool.

      Combine labneh and minced figs.

      Mix well.

      Spread a thin layer of the mixture.

      Fold the crepe into a fan shape.

      Repeat the procedure with all the crepes.

      Combine the cream with honey to taste in a bowl.

      Mix well.

      Top each folded crepe with a tbsp.

      of cream.

      Sprinkle chopped walnuts over it.
