Very fresh-tasting. Really perked up the baked salmon it topped. Some capers added to this would be no bad thing.

I used this twoce: once over salmon and a second time over scrambled eggs. It really is a versatile recipe, and went well with both items.

Always amazes me when something so easy to make tastes so good and this is good. Can't wait to serve this to our salmon loving family and friends - I just know they will be impressed. Made as posted - no changes needed with this one. Made this for the Cookathon in memory of Sharon 123's husband.

This was so wonderful! I used this in place of tartar sauce last night over some homemade crab cakes! Even DH said it's not too bad (he's a mayo hater) so you know that it's good! Thanks for posting!!! Made for the cookathon for Sharon123!

Wow, this was so good! I needed to use up some fresh dill, so thought I'd five this a try, and it was terrific. We had it on salmon sandwiches. Thanks for posting. Made for ZWT 6 :)

I'd eat it with a spoon if they let me! I put on a nice smoaked salmon sandwhich for dinner. DELICIOUS! Thanks Sharon :) Made for ZWT 6 by fellow Looney Spoon Phoodie.
