  1. Wash, dry and slice mushrooms.
  2. Cook in butter till tender.
  3. Add salt, pepper and flour; mix thoroughly.
  4. Add milk gradually and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly.

These were good, but they were pretty soupy. I will make these again, but next time I will up the flour and decrease the milk. Thanx for the recipe.
