  • Melt the butter in skillet over medium heat.
  • Dip twinkies in egg, coating evenly. Place the twinkies in the hot skillet and cook until lightly browned and crispy on all sides, turning to cook each side.
  • Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with syrup.

  1. Yum! Very good, but very sweet. One was plenty for me. No need to beat 2 eggs - 1 is enough to coat 4 Twinkies. I bet these would be even better with blueberry or strawberry syrup. Thanks for posting!
