  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Sift together both flours and cinnamon.
  3. In separate bowl beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Pour into waffle iron and cook until golden brown, about 7 minutes in a large waffle iron.
