  1. In a pie plate, combine the eggs and milk. Beat well. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar and beat again. Dip the bread into the egg mixture. Turn to coat both sides of each slice. Fry the french toast until the underside is golden brown. Turn and brown the remaining side. Continue this process until al of the bread has been prepared.

I had this for breakfast and it was so nice. I wasn't quite sure what reconstituted milk was, sorry, so I just used full fat milk and splenda for the sweetener. My bread was home made low carb zucchini bread and I served it with some yogurt and raspberries it was delish. thank you for posting. Made for on tour with the diabetic forum. June 2011.
