  1. Mix first 7 ingredients.
  2. Put mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
  3. Mix topping and crumble over rhubarb mixture.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
