This is from a cookbook that I had to created from school.
- Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder; beat and add the eggs with the milk, being careful that there are no lumps.
- Melt a teaspoon of butter in a frying pan, and when hot pour in enough to just cover the bottom of the pan.
- Cook golden brown, then turn and cook other side.
- Spread with the preserve and roll up. Sprinkle with sugar just before serving.
