- In saucepan, stir soup mix into water.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Divide soup into 4 broiler-proof bowls and top each with a slice of toasted french bread and sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
- Place under preheated broiler for 3 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned and bubbling.
