This is a recipe my husband brought back from a bbq once.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 kg potato, cut into chunks
  • 250 ml light cream
  • 1 (30 g) package French onion soup mix
  • 1 cup light cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Steam the potatoes until just tender.
  2. Place in a casserole dish, sprinkle with the french onion soup mix.
  3. Pour cream over the top.
  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes.
