This can be made the day before !


  1. Heat a fry pan over moderate heat.
  2. Cook bacon till crispy.
  3. Drain on a paper towel and cool.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients, except green onion, add bacon.
  5. Chill till needed.
  6. Top with green onion.

This is great! Really easy, and made with ingredients I already have on hand! I really love the addition of the mayo! I had only had it with the sour cream before and the mayo really kicks it up, plus I love mayo! :) I also used dried green onions and I stirred them in before chilling!
