Nice oniony flavor. I used about 1 3/4 lbs of brussels sprouts (weight before trimming) and left all the other ingredients the same. They turned out wonderfully. I didn't add any salt; only pepper. The onion soup added enough salt. Thanx for a new way to make my favorite veggie!

These brussels sprouts are so good in the french onion soup. It's quite liquid but I like it. They're moist with full of flavors. Thanks Chef Jean :) Made for ZWT9

This is a delicious way to prepare Brussels Sprouts! The onion soup mix gave this a great flavor and the sprouts were tender but not mushy cooked this way. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for ZWT9, The Apron String Travelers

Love them! I omitted the butter for personal dietary reasons. I sprinkled the soup mix on lightly at the end of the saut? and used a very small amount of water after they had all saut?ed in the soup mix and olive oil. I let the water simmer off. I also used frozen bagged sprouts from Publix. I microwaved them twice on one minute intervals to get the ice off of them and then cut them in half. I was VERY satisfied and will be doing this again. I love Brussels sprouts and this definitely took one of my favorite veggies up a notch. I LOVE the caramelized look, flavor, and texture.

Very good - but found them a bit salty, but everyone at the table loved them. Thanks for sharing!

I loved these and just ate these for dinner. I didn't have dry french onion soup mix so I used a can of french onion soup and added some water to make two cups. Mine did take longer to cook but they were so good. I didn't add salt or pepper.

This was an amazingly tasty way to prepared brussel sprouts. I am a fan of them plain but this elevated them beyond belief! I will use salt reduced soup mix next time though. Made for ZWT 7 (The Hot Pink Ladies)
