This bread has a great slightly sweet flavor. I think I would prefer mixing the dough with the bread maker and then baking it in the oven; I don't know if it is my maker but the bread always comes out hard (no fault of the recipe). Will make this again and try making rolls or a loaf baked in the oven. Made for PAC Fall 2011.
