Loved them! Thanks for sharing!
A nice side dish with our pork chops tonight! Simple and flavourful, what more can you want? Thanks!
I sauteed one half of a chopped onion and added the garlic to it. I used fresh green beans, which I steamed a little bit first. This is a really tasty recipe. Thanks for sharing!
I used portabello mushrooms, which were perfect in this recipe. Also, in a moment of absentmindedness, added the mushrooms + fresh green beans + garlic to the sizzling oil simultaneously -- rather than in a staggered order, as the recipe recommends -- but the dish was still amazing!
This is a simple recipe that is great for a weeknight and perfect for a dinner party. I used baby portobello mushrooms and fresh beans. The almonds were sliced. After a few minutes cooking and a splash of soy sauce we had a delicious side.
I loved this very simple yet delicious recipe! Although, I have to say I basically just threw some olive oil, fresh green beans and whole almonds in a saute pan and then threw a splash of soy in at the end and it was perfect! I thought the whole almonds would be cumbersome but it all tasted really good together. Thanks!
Very good green bean recipe. Quick and easy is a plus too. My husband took one bite and said "the green beans are perfect." Thanks for posting.
I love almonds, I love mushrooms, I love garlic, and I love green beans. Recipe for Success is the name of this dinner party. I prepared and served your recipe, RMG, at my sister's recent Easter feast... an easily prepared recipe with plenty of flavour; I love the combination of green beans and fresh mushrooms, and do prepare it often. Because of the number of diners at the Easter feast, I had to increase the recipe quantities, but so what, there were no left-overs, unless they disappears into a handbag before the table was cleared away.... Thanks Red Meat Girl for making my job easier... :-)
